Personal Training
If you have a complex health/injury history or bold health/performance goals AND want hyper-focussed 1-on-1 in-person attention then this is the best option for you. You will get dedicated sessions, highly-individualized program, and constant communication with your coach. Spots have limited availability.

Fill out intake forms + schedule your assessment/onboarding
If committing to in-person/online performance coaching or 1-on-1 personal training we will go through a movement-based assessment, intake questionnaire, and onboarding to make your program 100% individualized to you!

Meet your Coach
Hiring a coach is a big decision and we want to start the coach/client relationship with clear communication and mutual expectations. This way you can begin training with intent and purpose!
If you are joining our weightlifting team program, you will meet your coach during your first practice!
